Velkommen til AppointAid! Disse Servicevilkår ("Vilkår") regulerer din adgang til og brug af AppointAids hjemmeside og tjenester (samlet benævnt "Tjenesten"). Ved at tilgå eller bruge Tjenesten accepterer du at være bundet af disse Vilkår. Hvis du ikke accepterer disse Vilkår, bedes du undlade at bruge Tjenesten.

1. Accept af Vilkår

Ved at oprette en konto, logge ind via Google eller Facebook, eller på anden måde tilgå eller bruge AppointAid Tjenesten, anerkender du, at du har læst, forstået og accepteret at være bundet af disse Vilkår, samt vores Privatlivspolitik. Disse Vilkår udgør en juridisk bindende aftale mellem dig og AppointAid.

2. Brugerkonti

  • Oprettelse af Konto: For at bruge visse funktioner i Tjenesten skal du oprette en konto. Dette kan du gøre ved at logge ind via din Google- eller Facebook-konto. Ved at gøre dette giver du os tilladelse til at tilgå og bruge visse kontooplysninger (f.eks. navn, e-mail, profilbillede) som beskrevet i vores Privatlivspolitik.
  • Kontosikkerhed: Du er ansvarlig for at opretholde fortroligheden af dine loginoplysninger (leveret af Google eller Facebook) og for alle aktiviteter, der finder sted under din konto. Du accepterer at underrette AppointAid straks om enhver uautoriseret brug af din konto eller ethvert andet brud på sikkerheden. AppointAid kan og vil ikke være ansvarlig for tab eller skade, der opstår som følge af din manglende overholdelse af dette afsnit.
  • Nøjagtighed af Oplysninger: Du accepterer at give nøjagtige, aktuelle og fuldstændige oplysninger under registreringsprocessen og at opdatere sådanne oplysninger for at holde dem nøjagtige, aktuelle og fuldstændige.

3. Brugeradfærd

Du accepterer kun at bruge Tjenesten til lovlige formål og på en måde, der ikke krænker andres rettigheder, begrænser eller hæmmer andres brug og nydelse af Tjenesten. Forbudt adfærd omfatter, men er ikke begrænset til:

  • Overtrædelse af gældende lokale, nationale eller internationale love eller regler.
  • Engagering i aktiviteter, der er skadelige, bedrageriske, vildledende, truende, chikanerende, ærekrænkende, uanstændige eller på anden måde anstødelige.
  • Udgive sig for at være en person eller enhed, eller falsk angive eller på anden måde give et forkert billede af din tilknytning til en person eller enhed.
  • Forstyrrelse af eller afbrydelse af Tjenestens integritet eller ydeevne eller data indeholdt heri.
  • Forsøg på at opnå uautoriseret adgang til Tjenesten eller dens relaterede systemer eller netværk.
  • Upload eller transmission af vira, orme eller enhver anden form for skadelig kode.

4. Intellektuel Ejendomsret

  • Tjenestens Indhold: Alt indhold, funktioner og funktionalitet på Tjenesten, herunder men ikke begrænset til tekst, grafik, logoer, ikoner, billeder og software, er AppointAids eller dets licensgiveres eksklusive ejendom og er beskyttet af internationale love om ophavsret, varemærker, patenter, forretningshemmeligheder og andre love om intellektuel ejendomsret eller ejendomsret.
  • Dit Indhold: Du bevarer ejerskabet af alle data eller indhold, du indsender, poster eller viser på eller via Tjenesten. Ved at indsende, poste eller vise indhold giver du AppointAid en verdensomspændende, ikke-eksklusiv, royaltyfri, overførbar licens til at bruge, reproducere, distribuere, forberede afledte værker af, vise og udføre dette indhold i forbindelse med driften af Tjenesten.

6. Ansvarsfraskrivelser

TJENESTEN LEVERES "SOM DEN ER" OG "SOM TILGÆNGELIG", UDEN NOGEN FORM FOR GARANTIER, HVERKEN UDTRYKKELIGE ELLER UNDERFORSTÅEDE. APPOINTAID GARANTERER IKKE, AT TJENESTEN VIL VÆRE UAFBRUDT, SIKKER ELLER FEJLFRI, AT DEFEKTER VIL BLIVE RETTET, ELLER AT TJENESTEN ELLER DE SERVERE, DER GØR DEN TILGÆNGELIG, ER FRI FOR VIRUS ELLER ANDRE SKADELIGE KOMPONENTER.

7. Ansvarsbegrænsning

I DET FULDE OMFANG, DET ER TILLADT I HENHOLD TIL GÆLDENDE LOV, SKAL APPOINTAID, DETS TILKNYTTEDE SELSKABER, DIREKTØRER, MEDARBEJDERE ELLER AGENTER UNDER INGEN OMSTÆNDIGHEDER VÆRE ANSVARLIGE FOR INDIREKTE, TILFÆLDIGE, SÆRLIGE, FØLGESKADER ELLER STRAFFESKADER, HERUNDER UDEN BEGRÆNSNING, TAB AF FORTJENESTE, DATA, BRUG, GOODWILL ELLER ANDRE IMMATERIELLE TAB, SOM RESULTAT AF (I) DIN ADGANG TIL ELLER BRUG AF ELLER MANGLENDE EVNE TIL AT TILGÅ ELLER BRUGE TJENESTEN; (II) ENHVER ADFÆRD ELLER INDHOLD AF EN TREDJEPART PÅ TJENESTEN; (III) ETHVERT INDHOLD OPnået FRA TJENESTEN; OG (IV) UAUTORISERET ADGANG, BRUG ELLER ÆNDRING AF DINE TRANSMISSIONER ELLER INDHOLD, UANSET OM DET ER BASERET PÅ GARANTI, KONTRAKT, TORT (HERUNDER UAGTSOMHED) ELLER ENHVER ANDEN JURIDISK TEORI, UANSET OM VI ER BLEVET INFORMERET OM MULIGHEDEN FOR SÅDAN SKADE, OG SELVOM ET RETSMIDDEL, DER ER ANGIVET HERI, FINDES AT HAVE MISLYKKEDES SIT VÆSENTLIGE FORMÅL.

8. Skadesløsholdelse

Du accepterer at forsvare, skadesløsholde og holde AppointAid, dets tilknyttede selskaber, licensgivere og tjenesteudbydere, og dets og deres respektive ledere, direktører, medarbejdere, entreprenører, agenter, licensgivere, leverandører, efterfølgere og tildelte skadesløse fra og mod ethvert krav, ansvar, skader, domme, priser, tab, omkostninger, udgifter eller gebyrer (herunder rimelige advokatsalærer), der opstår som følge af eller i forbindelse med din overtrædelse af disse Vilkår eller din brug af Tjenesten, herunder, men ikke begrænset til, dine brugerbidrag, enhver brug af Tjenestens indhold, tjenester og produkter ud over det, der udtrykkeligt er godkendt i disse Vilkår, eller din brug af oplysninger opnået fra Tjenesten.

9. Opsigelse

Vi kan opsige eller suspendere din konto og forhindre adgang til Tjenesten øjeblikkeligt, uden forudgående varsel eller ansvar, efter vores eget skøn, af enhver grund og uden begrænsning, herunder men ikke begrænset til et brud på Vilkårene. Hvis du ønsker at opsige din konto, kan du blot stoppe med at bruge Tjenesten.

10. Gældende Lov og Jurisdiktion

Disse Vilkår skal reguleres og fortolkes i overensstemmelse med dansk lovgivning, uden hensyn til dens lovvalgsregler. Enhver retssag eller procedure, der opstår under disse Vilkår, skal udelukkende anlægges ved domstolene i Danmark, og du samtykker hermed til personlig jurisdiktion og værneting der.

11. Ændringer til Disse Vilkår

Vi forbeholder os retten til, efter eget skøn, at ændre eller erstatte disse Vilkår til enhver tid. Hvis en ændring er væsentlig, vil vi give mindst 30 dages varsel, før nye vilkår træder i kraft. Hvad der udgør en væsentlig ændring, vil blive bestemt efter vores eget skøn. Ved fortsat at tilgå eller bruge vores Tjeneste efter at eventuelle revisioner er trådt i kraft, accepterer du at være bundet af de reviderede vilkår. Hvis du ikke accepterer de nye vilkår, er du ikke længere autoriseret til at bruge Tjenesten.

Welcome to AppointAid! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AppointAid website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in via Google or Facebook, or otherwise accessing or using the AppointAid Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AppointAid.

2. User Accounts

  • Account Creation: To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You can do this by logging in through your Google or Facebook account. By doing so, you authorize us to access and use certain account information (e.g., name, email, profile photo) as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (provided by Google or Facebook) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify AppointAid immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. AppointAid cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Engaging in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or data contained therein.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, or any other type of malicious code.

4. Intellectual Property

By submitting, posting, or displaying content, you grant AppointAid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the operation of the Service.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. APPOINTAID DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL APPOINTAID, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AppointAid, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Denmark, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
